Pacific Hospitality Group has completed renovations of the luxury Hotel Viata, formerly known as Hotel Granduca Austin. Hotel Viata’s transformation features the addition of Spa Viata with eight treatment rooms, a modern Italian restaurant Laurel, a renovated pool deck and lobby, and more.

Hotel Viata is not your typical hotel in Austin, Texas. Breathtaking views, panoramic vistas, Italian elegance and style are discovered at the luxury Hotel Viata. From the food-driven experiences around the hotel to the tranquil pool oasis, expansive patio, and elegant guest accommodations, guests can expect a sweet retreat into their inner Austin side, curated in a way that will transport them to an enchanting holiday overseas. Laurel Restaurant & Bar highlights traditional northern Italian dishes as well as local seasonal offerings tempting to any palate.

The extravagant hotel offers proximity to downtown and the undisturbed beauty of the Texas Hill Country that surrounds it, providing guests with the best of both worlds. The nine-story property with 194 guest rooms, including 38 suites with small kitchenettes and separate living room areas suitable for families. The suites sit atop a hillside on Bee Cave Road and Loop 360 in the Westlake area. With 12,000 square feet of space, Hotel Viata is equipped to host a range of events, either big or small, and offers an elevated experience in all of its various meeting spaces.

FMG Design had previously developed an experiential graphics program and marketing materials for Hotel Granduca Austin. After the renovations were completed under the new name, FMG was commissioned to redesign the experiential graphics program to complement the new direction.
